Psychologist & Coach Steve Savels
And have fun again in both work and private life.
In Brussels or online.
A life with less stress and more fulfilment is possible.
From the outside, it seems that there are no reasons to complain. You are doing quite well professionally, you have a nice place to live, great friends, a wonderful family, …
But instead of being happy and motivated, you feel nervous, pressured, impatient, irritable, restless.
There might be troubles at work, or conflicts at home. Maybe there is a vague, underlying feeling that you somehow ended up on the wrong track, without knowing exactly where it went wrong. You are doubting, what do I really want?
Right now, you are stuck.
There is nothing wrong with you.
As a matter of fact, it is not uncommon for people with a great sense of responsibility to arrive at this point.
You most probably built a successful career because you take pride in doing things well. Just as you do in the other domains of your life: you want to be a good parent, partner, friend, member of society.
The way you have dealt with your responsibilities, has clearly been successful in the past. However, the people around you, your work and private context – and you yourself – have gradually changed over the years. Life has become more complex; your responsibilities have increased. Things that used to be important to you, no longer matter so much to you. Other things that never mattered so much, now do.
Almost imperceptibly, your values and priorities have shifted, as have those of the people and context around you.
This is the time to stop, and see the bigger picture.
My role as your coach is to help you see how you got stuck and what you can change to get unstuck. To take the time to reflect together on what is meaningful for you, now, in this moment of your life and career.
To help you decide on what to focus your energy, and to accompany you in taking concrete actions to move forward again.
I’m looking forward to supporting you in your journey.

What clients say
"The feedback I get at work is that people see a big difference: I am much calmer, much more at ease. It’s difficult to name exactly what I have learned, but it feels like I have become more mature.
My work-life balance has improved greatly and the conflicts with my spouse have been solved.”
P. – Director – Consulting Firm
"The sessions with Steve have been very useful for me because they challenged me to think about things that are uncomfortable. A lot of what happened was unconscious, but the coaching has helped me to take some important decisions about my work and this has had a very positive impact on my work-life balance."
O. – Lawyer & Managing Partner of an international law firm
"After the individual coaching programme with Steve, I have realised that I was doing too many things myself rather than managing or delegating them. I now see more clearly what I need to do at work and what I don’t need to do. The ideas Steve brought up have been very helpful for me. It’s now clearer for me what I actually like doing and I have taken actions to do more of that."
J., Deputy Head of Unit - European Commission
"I have now defined clearly what I am good at, what I actually want to do and have decided to play to my own strengths for the remainder of my career. I have learned to let go more. I don’t have to be perfect all the time anymore; I appreciate things more."
H., Business Executive - Industrial Sector
"With Steve’s support, I have been able to work through some of my blind spots that were keeping me stuck. I now feel much more comfortable in my job – and in my life in general. I am confidently working on resolving the conflict at work and have found the mental energy to be creative again in my personal life."
