You didn’t get to the point where you are now overnight. It might have taken 10, 20, 30 years. It will also take some time to change the behaviour patterns that got you here.
I usually recommend a period of 3 to 6 months for a coaching programme. Not that this means that it will take months before you will see any results.
As a matter of fact, things often improve quite early in a coaching programme. But just like anything in life, this is an ever-changing process. Therefore, it is good to know that we will go through the ups and downs together until you are fully ready to continue on your own.
During the coaching programme, we will work together in a structured way:
- We will meet regularly for 1-hour sessions, either face-to-face or online. The number of sessions depends on your specific situation, and we will decide and schedule them together.
- Every 2 weeks, you will receive a module with questions to reflect on, questionnaires, exercises to do, and action plans to make. This will help you move forward more efficiently, and it will provide extra input for the sessions.
- You can call or email me whenever you want in between the sessions if you feel stuck, if you have a question, or just want to share a success.
Usually 6 months is a good period to achieve sustainable results that allow you to continue by yourself. Of course, it is possible to continue working together afterwards if you would feel the need.
